- house and garden enclosed in
 piquets of which
each face is approximately 40  pieds
1750
- Veuve La Grange contracted to have a cabane built. Measuring 60 pieds x 9 1/2 pieds, it was to be "sollé de piquets Equarries en Bas Sur pentres posees de Six pieds en Six pieds de distance des unes des autres" with 2 doors and 5 windows. The carpenter was also to rebuild vigneaux "sur pied de Bout de piquet de Sapin". They were to be the same size as those they replaced.

- new wooden house with large garden which was enclosed with piquets lost by Veuve La Grange in siege of Louisbourg
OTHER INFORMATION:
The location of this property in relation to Veuve Dastarit's does not correspond with descriptions given when she purchased Bienvenue's land. They are probably the same properties, however.
